There are three basic processes of electric dust removal: charge, settlement and dust removal.
1. Suspended particle charge -- high voltage DC corona;
2. The migration and collection of charged particles in the electric field, namely dust deposition --a continuous corona electric field (single zone ELECTROSTATIC precipitator) or a pure electrostatic field between smooth non-discharging electrodes (double or multi-zone electrostatic precipitator);
3. The collected dust from the dust collection surface or corona line clearance is dust - vibration to remove the dust layer on the grounding dust collection plate or corona line dust and make the dust fall into the bottom of the dust hopper.
