Electrostatic precipitator

Electrostatic precipitator is an air purification equipment used to capture dust in the air in a dusty environment. High voltage direct current is applied to the discharge electrode line of the electrostatic precipitator to ionize and charge the dust particles. Under the action of electric field force, the dust particles are separated from the dusty gas to achieve the purpose of dust collection and dust removal.

In the existing ESP, the discharge electrode line is usually installed by welding the connecting plate on the frame, fixing the discharge electrode line with bolts or the opening of the frame through bolt connection. This fixing method is difficult to ensure the straightness and firmness of the discharge electrode line, or the discharge electrode line is always in a tight state by hanging a heavy object at the lower end. However, after long-term use, the discharge electrode line will inevitably adhere to part of the dust, so it needs to be cleaned to ensure the good operation. The discharge electrode line fixed by bolts is difficult to be hit and vibrated, and the ash removal effect is not very ideal. In another case, Although the discharge electrode line needs to be cleaned one by one after being straightened by heavy objects, the efficiency is low, so it is necessary to improve the existing discharge electrode line connection mode.

In view of the shortcomings of the prior art, the Coulomb Rigid Discharge Electrode aims to provide a RDE with convenient ash cleaning and good cleaning effect.
